Return & Exchange Policy

 

 

1. For any returns, only items with the original sealed package are allowed within 7 days from the purchase. The company will not entertain change of mind after 7 days. All free gift are to return together. A SGD50 service charge on top of the installation services done to be paid in cash will be incurred for any returned cases.

 

 

2. For return cases, the refund method will be as per during the payment method. Any payment through CASH, NETS or credit card payment, the refund will be wired through bank transfer within 5 working days after the item been well received and checked. Any request for a CASH refund will not be entertained. The installation and delivery charges will not be refunded as these services are already engaged.

 

 

3. The buyer will bear all costs incurred if any information given to the company is wrong.

 

 

4. In the event of an item that is opened, the return will be subjected to the management decision. Strictly no returns or exchanges will be allowed in the event the customer has a change of mind.

 

 

5. Only manufacture defects will be eligible for an exchange. The return or exchange must be done with the full packaging undamaged within 7 days. Any physical damage to the item will not be entertained.

 

 

6. For the exchange, it is subjected to stock availability. Some delay may be expected in the exchanging process.

 

 

7. For item that is out of stock, the company will provide suggestion on the alternative similar pricing model to the customer.

 

 

8. The customer will have to bear all top-up and add-on cost when upgrade of the set is requested.

 

 

9. For any cases that fall within this policy, the customer is expected to show photo and videos of the items before any courier arrangement is made. The company will not entertain any cases that do not provide the relevant information.

 

 

10. The return and exchange policy will be voided if any parts of the packaging is damaged or missing.

 

 

11. In any cases, the customer is to contact us first before proceeding any platform request. All return request without any contact will be rejected.

 

 

12. The company reserves the rights to review each cases on the basis of the reported cases by the buyer, installer and party involved.
