The Product warranty is only valid upon registration of the Product by the original end-user purchaser within 3 days from the date of purchase or delivery either by: (a) sending the “Manufacturer” portion of the warranty card to Authorised Distributor; OR (b) logging on to here for registration.

Upon completion and successfully submitted your warranty registration, a copy of your Warranty Registration will be sent to your email within 3 working day. Look out for the email in your Spam Mail Box if you did not receive the email.

Product Warranty Policy by Local Authorised Distributor
The local Authorised Distributor warrants TCL TV (“Product”) to be free from defects in materials or workmanship under normal use during the period as set forth in this Limited Product Warranty Policy (“Warranty”).
The warranty only takes effect upon delivery and successful warranty registration of TCL TV (the “Product”) with the local Authorised Distributor.
The warranty is only applicable for the Product purchased through TCL Official sales channels listed below, which are under the Authorised Distributor in Singapore.

h. Robinsons Online (effective from 1st September 2023)
For Product purchased through other seller/ reseller company/ party, not from any of the stipulated TCL Official sales channels under the Authorised Distributor, please approach the original seller/ reseller company/ party for Product warranty and necessary support.
Proof-of-purchase from the official sales channels and proof of warranty registration with the Authorised Distributor are required and compulsory in order for the warranty to take effects.
In the case, where customer lost the proof-of-purchase, the Warranty period shall be deemed to have started 12 months from the date of manufacture indicated on the products or obtained from the serial number.
The Product is warranted for the specified Warranty Period from the date of warranty registration with Authorised Distributor against defects in quality and materials under normal, non-commercial use.
Within the full warranty period, the Authorised Distributor will, at no additional charge, perform repair or replacement of defects in workmanship or parts of the item covered by the warranty. The warranty limitations and exclusions apply.
The Authorised Distributor warrants its products to be free from defects in materials or workmanship under normal use during the warranty period as defined under “Warranty Limitations & Exclusions”, and will at its sole discretion, repair, or replace the product with a similar Product.
Minor imperfections within manufacturing or design specifications that do not materially alter or affect the functionality of the Product are not considered a defect under this Warranty.
The warranty covers the repair or replacement of the TCL TV (or the relevant part) with new or refurbished part(s).
If the Product requires repair, we may, at our option and sole discretion, repair, replace or exchange it with an equivalent product or part(s) of similar technical specification that may be refurbished or new. We will retain the replaced part(s) or Product that is exchanged during service as Our property. Repaired, replaced, or exchanged parts or the Product will continue to be under warranty for the remaining Product warranty period from the date of original delivery.
The warranty is only applicable to Singapore and its islands within the Singapore boundary. All items that are sent or delivered to any regions out of Singapore will not be covered under any return, exchange and warranty.
This Warranty does not provide coverage if the Product is situated outside of Singapore.
All free gift are not inclusive in the warranty. Warranty does not include any refund be it full or partial.
The warranty is not transferable and does not cover any trade-in or top-up upgrade unless authorised by the Authorised Distributor.
The prices stated are applicable and effective during the relevant period of the promotions or order confirmation. There will be no changes on the Product price after the confirmed order and payment made. No further discount, exchange and/ or refund after Product order is confirmed, paid and/ or delivered.
The Authorised Distributor reserves the right to impose service or transport charges on the Product which are outside the cover of the Warranty. We also reserve the right to decline to provide service where the Product is obsolete, no longer deemed serviceable, out-of-warranty period, or no longer replaceable for any reason.
This Warranty shall be considered null and void if the Product has been modified and/ or tempered by an unauthorised person, party or company.
Only Product purchased through FairPrice Xtra and Giant Hypermarket in Singapore AFTER 06 January 2023 (the “effective date”) will be covered under the warranty by Authorised Distributor.
For all product sold/ purchased through FairPrice Xtra and Giant Hypermarket in Singapore PRIOR the stipulated effective date, please approach the original seller/ company for Product warranty and necessary support.
The Authorised Distributor shall reserve the right to amend, modify or change the terms and conditions in this Warranty herein due to change(s) in the availability of services, products, and/or spare parts or for the purposes of complying with applicable policies, rules, regulations, and law, with or without notice.
The Warranty shall be rendered null and void if:
The Warranty Period has expired.
The product is damaged due to improper use, mishandling, or negligence after the purchase of the Product.
Warranty does not cover the natural ageing of materials, normal wear and tear, or if customer change of mind.
Warranty does not cover consequential damages (e.g. loss of data or loss of income)
Alteration on the proof-of-purchase or model/serial number in any way or is made illegible. (e.g. removed, erased defaced, altered or tampered)
Loss of purchase order invoice, service team will be using the serial number to verify that the product is still within the warranty period from manufacturer build date.
Repairs or product modifications have been carried out by unauthorised company or persons.
Defect caused by excessive use outside the intended purpose.
Defect resulted from the abuse of the product or by environmental conditions that are not in conformance with the user manual of the product.
Damages caused by connecting non-recommended peripherals, additional equipment or accessories in the user manual.
Damages caused by act of nature such as animals, lightning, unusual voltage, fire, natural disaster, rain, etc.
Integration of third party application used on- or with the purchase products.
Recoveries against the Local Authorised Distributor must not exceed the actual price paid for the Product purchase.
Any other circumstance such that repair would be contradictory or not in compliance with good business practice.
The warranty for the audio and videos products (inclusive of televisions, soundbar sets and monitors) are as follows:
Products that have image retention is not covered as it is temporary: it will go off naturally in time.
Screen Burn-In is not covered as it is classified as user-caused damage (such as keeping the TV on for long hours with static images being displayed as it is recommended to keep the screen off when customers are not using it)
The company and delivery team will not be responsible for any physical damage to the set that is wall mounted when the installation had done.
The wall mount installation services are not inclusive in the warranty.
The warranty does not cover the television panel, remote control, wires and stand.
For the panel warranty, it will cover for 7 or more dead pixel from day 8 onwards.
Backlight bleeding (Light Leak) is relatively standard and common with most home devices and screens. Hence, it is not classified as product damage or manufacturer defect.
Total 5 years limited warranty period for the C755, C855 and X955 series with the condition of 3 years full warranty and 2 years limited warranty (include parts only) subjected to the issues occured.
Total 3 years full warranty including parts and labour subjected to the issues occured for C845 and C935 Series.
Total 3 years limited warranty with the condition of 2 years full warranty and 1 year limited warranty (include parts only) subjected to the issues occured for C645, C655 and T7B Series.
Total 3 years limited warranty with the condition of 1 year full warranty and 2 years limited warranty (include parts only) subjected to the issues occured for S, P635, P655, P735, P737, P755 and P71B Series.
Additonal 1 years limited warranty with the condition of 1 years limited warranty (include parts only) subjected to the issues occured for selected products purchased during promotion period 10 Nov 2024 20:00hrs to 13 Nov 2024 23:59hrs.
Total 5 years limited warranty with the condition of 2 year full warranty and 3 years limited warranty (include parts except television panel only) subjected to the issues occured for V6B Series.
Total 1 years full warranty with the condition of 1 year full warranty subjected to the issues occured for soundbar set and monitors (Free gift are not entitled to any warranty).
Extended warranty is only applicable at the point of purchase and the total years purchase is inclusive of the 3 years full or limited warranty, the remaining years will be under limited warranty (include parts only) subjected to the issues occured.
The limited warranty period does not include the labour and transports, a fee will be chargeable accordingly on the issue occured.
The warranty for the washer (inclusive of washer, dryer and washer-dryer combo) and refrigerator (inclusive of bar fridge, chest fridge, 2-door and 4-door) are as follows:
Products that over-used of the capacity are not covered as it is human fault.
Any dents to the products are not covered under the warranty.
The warranty does not cover any damage of pipes or wires that its due to the mishandling of the products.
The warranty does not cover any accessories (such as drawer, shelves, magnetic strip, door and door handles).
The warranty does not cover if there is any serious clogs and dirt to the products. Warranty shall be voided for any cracks or damages found.
Total 2 years full warranty for the parts (inclusive of the power circuit board and blower) and 10 years limited warranty for the motor of the products subjected to the issues occured.
The warranty for the air-conditioner (inclusive single system and multi split systems) are as follows:
The warranty does not cover for any serious clot in the water pipe or fan-coils.
The warranty does not cover if there is no services done to the air-conditioner.
The warranty does not cover chemical service, normal service or gas top-up.
The warranty does not cover remote control, filter and other removable items.
The company and delivery team will not be responsible for any physical damage to the set that is wall mounted when the installation had done.
Total 1 year warranty from the date of installation will be cover for the workmanship.
Total 2 years full warranty for the parts (inclusive of the power circuit board for the fan coils) and 5 years limited warranty for the compressor of the products subjected to the issues occured from the date of installation.
By agreeing to this, you acknowledge that the Local Authorised Distributor's exclusions and limitations of liability are reasonable in the circumstances.
