If 2G/3G networks are no longer available in your area, please follow the steps below to check and enable 4G VoLTE, so that you can make voice calls over 4G.
Go to “Settings”->”Network settings”-> “VoLTE”->tick the checkbox for SIM1/SIM2 to enable 4G VoLTE.
