What can I do if the TV has an intermittent black screen issue?

If the TV has an intermittent black screen issue, please follow the below methods to do the troubleshooting:

1. Check whether the power supply of the TV is stable.
2. Change another video to play on the TV.
3. Try to restore the TV back to the factory settings.
Press the Settings   button on the TV remote, then select Settings --> System --> About --> Reset --> Factory Reset:

4. If the TV has internet access, please check if there is a new version of software updated online or not.
Press the Settings   button on the TV remote, then select Settings-->System --> About -->System Update --> Network Update:
