If there is no picture, no backlight, and no audio after turning on the TV, please follow the below methods to do the troubleshooting:
1. Check if the indicator lights up or not.
2. If the indicator lights up, please press the power button on the TV remote or on the back of the TV (Power button in the TV keyboard).
3. If the indicator does not light up, try to unplug the power cord from the socket and plug it back in.
If the issue cannot be resolved, please feel free to call the TCL hotline for further help. Note: To check the backlight, you could use your finger to click the panel of the TV slightly. If you could see the flashing white light, it means the backlight is on. Here is a picture for your reference:
