What can I do if the video and audio are not synchronized on the TV?

If the video and audio are not synchronized on the TV, please follow the below methods to do the troubleshooting:

1. Change another input video/audio source to check if the video/audio will synchronize or not.
2. Unplug other audio input device from the TV, and check if the video and audio will be synchronized or not.
3. Try to restore the TV back to the factory settings.
Press the Settings button on the TV remote, then select Settings --> System --> About --> Reset --> Factory Reset:

4. If the TV has internet access, please check if there is a new version of software updated online or not.
