If the video is abnormal when using the HDMI/ARC OUT port, please follow the below methods to do the troubleshooting:
1. Check whether the audio device supports the ARC function. You could check it with the support of the audio device. If the audio device supports the ARC function, make sure that you plug the video source device into the ARC HDMI port.
2. Change another HDMI 2.1 or HDMI 2.0 cable to connect the device with the TV if you have a spare one.
3. Check whether the TV enables the CEC and eARC mode. It could be checked on the Settings --> Inputs:
