What should I do if the in-built applications of my device do not work?

a) Clear the cache of the inbuilt app.
To clear an app’s cache: go to main menu->select “Settings”->“Apps”->select “VIEW ALL ×× APPS”->select the app from the app list->select “Storage & cache”->select “CLEAR DATA’ and “CLEAR CACHE”.
b) Check if a third-party app with similar features is installed. If yes, please uninstall the third-party app.
c) Update app to the latest version from Play store for better compatibility.
d) Try to reset or update your device. (Refer to “How can I perform a factory reset on my device in the Back Up & Reset module” & “How can I upgrade my device in the Basic Settings module”).
