What can I do if the TV remote does not work properly?

If the TV remote does not work properly, please follow the below methods to do the troubleshooting:

  1. Check whether the remote has a battery;
  2. Check whether the remote has a power supply. You could push any button on the remote, and then use the camera on your mobile phone to check if there is a red light on the top of the remote;
  3. If the remote has power supply but still does not work, please check if the TV could be managed by using the APP TCL Home;
  4. If the TV could be managed by using the APP, the TV remote is defective.
  5. If the TV cannot be managed by using the APP, maybe the remote sensor of the TV is defective. Please contact the after-sales team to do the warranty.
