What can I do if the 4K video has no audio when I play the video from the USB drive?

If the TV cannot play the video with audio together from the USB drive, please check the audio format of the video. Usually, the cause of the issue will be the format of the audio. Currently, most TCL TVs support decoding the audio format H.265/H.264.MPEG1/2/4/WMV.
