What can I do if the TV has no response after powering on?

If the TV has no response, please follow the below instruction to do the troubleshooting:

  1. Power cycle the TV. You could unplug the power cord from the socket and plug it back in.
  2. Change another TV remote if you have a spare one.
  3. Press the physical power button on the back of the TV.
