How to reset the earbuds?
If connection or pairing issues persist after the earbuds are restarted, try resetting your earbuds by following these steps:
a) Tap both earbuds 4 times at the same time.
b) The earbud LED indicators flash in solid blue when the earbuds enter reset process.
All pairing information is deleted when the earbuds are reset to factory settings. After reset process, the earbuds will enter pairing mode automatically.
