Reset your phone to recover, this process deletes synchronized data and you will need to re-pair Bluetooth device.
1. Take out the earbuds from the charging case.
2. Tap both touch zone of earbuds 4 times at the same time.
3. The earbud LED indicators flash in blue when the earbuds enter reset process.
4. Wait for the process to complete.
5. The earbuds enter automatically Bluetooth pairing mode
