What can I do if there is no response or unstable connection when my TCL NXTWEAR S glasses connect to my smart phone?
No response:
1) Make sure your device support display port function; please contact the seller from which you bought your phone to check whether the phone supports the display port function.
2) Make sure your glasses magnetic cable was well attached in the right direction.

Unstable connection:
1) Check if there is any visible damage to the USB port of your device. If yes, contact your smart phone repair center to get more professional technical assistance.
2) Check if the magnetic connector is loose or have dusts and other foreign bodies inside, clean the magnetic connector and try again.
