If your Robot Vacuum Cleaner is experiencing issues finding the charging dock during the recharging process, we recommend the following:
• Confirm that the power supply is connected to the recharger.
• Remove the items around the recharger base and make sure that there are no other items within 1m from the left and right of the charging base and 2m in front of it.
