If you have noticed a decrease in cleaning or dust leakage, we recommend checking the following:

• Check whether the dust box is full and clean it in time.

• Check whether the filter is blocked and clean it in time.

• Check whether the roller brush is entangled by foreign matter and clean it in time.

If there is any phenomenon of dust falling or dirt after the above inspection, please contact the after-sales personnel of the purchase channel directly for further advice.
