Why cannot I use the watch for video calls?

 Ensure that video, camera, and audio permissions are enabled in the TCL Connect app. Follow the steps in Q11 to enable these permissions.
 Check if the camera is enabled:
 Go to Settings > User Permission in the app.
 Enable the camera.
