Why am I not receiving notifications from the TCL Connect App?


Check whether the notification permission is enabled for the TCL Connect App.
To enable it:
1) Go to your phone’s Settings.
2) Select the TCL Connect App from a list of apps.
3) Tap the app icon and enable notifications.
Check whether the Chat permission is enabled.
To enable it:
1) Log in to the TCL Connect App and add the watch to pair it with your phone.
2) Go to Settings > User Permission and enable Chat.
