How can I back up my data on the device?
a. You can back up your data to google drive using the following steps.
1) Go “Settings”.
2) Touch “System”
3) Touch “Backup”.
4) Activate “Back up to Google Drive” in the open window.
5) Touch “Back up Now”
* App data, SMS text messages, Device settings, Call history, Contacts will be backed up.

b. You can also transfer content from your phone to another one, to back up data. Go “Settings”->”Advanced features”->”Switch Phone”, a series of screens will lead you through the data transfer process.
