Tablet failed to turn on/Black screen with no response?

1.      Inspect for physical damage (e.g., liquid ingress, drops), if abnormalities such as water damage or cracks are found, stop using the device and contact customer service (website/repair center).

2.      Press and hold the Power button to force restart the tablet.

3.      Charge the tablet for at least 30 minutes before re-trying to power on.
