What should I do if my stylus is not working?

1)Confirm whether the stylus Bluetooth is connected to the tablet's Bluetooth. If not connected, the pen must be magnetically attached to the tablet to establish a Bluetooth connection before it can be used.

2)Check if the stylus battery level is 0. If so, charge it as soon as possible.

3)Ensure there is no magnetic material, such as a magnet, near the right side. Keep it away from magnets.

4)Verify whether the stylus software is updated to the latest version. If not, please upgrade the stylus software.
