Simultaneously press and hold the Power key + Volume Up + Volume Down until the tablet displays a prompt "Long press the power key for at least 11 seconds to reboot". Then, continue to press and hold the Power key for 11 seconds to reboot the device.Go to “Settings”->”System”->”System update”->”Check for updates” to update to the latest version. The issues has already been solved by new software version.
