In response to the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) and the CDP Climate Change Information Disclosure Program, we initiated the greenhouse gas (GHG) inventory work in 2018 and developed a GHG inventory management procedure in accordance with the ISO 14064:2006 standard to guide internal GHG management and data collection within the company, ensuring accurate, transparent, and fair reporting of the company's GHG emissions. A GHG inventory team was established to identify the company's internal energy consumption, calculate the company's GHG emissions, and formulate effective measures to reduce energy consumption and GHG emissions. Our inventory is verified by a qualified third-party organization, SGS. Our emissions data is made publicly available through the Annual Sustainability Report, EcoVadis, and CDP questionnaires.

TCL Communication commits to implementing the Science Based Targets initiative by 2021 and has set carbon emission targets. We pledge to reduce absolute emissions of Scope 1 and Scope 2 greenhouse gases (GHGs) by 50.80% by 2030 from the 2021 base year; and to reduce absolute emissions of Scope 3 GHGs by 42.00% by 2030 from the 2021 base year. Our latest assessment of progress towards GHG emission reduction targets indicates that we are in a leading position.

Project: Diana 10 5G TMO Revvt Tab 2 9185W
Life Cycle Boundary: Cradle to Grave
(Raw material production and acquisition stage, Product manufacturing stage, Product transportation stage, Product use stage, End-of-life disposal stage)
For the life cycle assessment (LCA) of the tablet product, the data quality collected in this report meets the following requirements:
a) Time coverage: The activity data collected covers the period from December 1, 2024, to March 30, 2025.
b) Geographic coverage: Background processes and parameters prioritize data from the primary material production or process locations, followed by regional, national, and international data in descending order of preference.
c) Technological coverage: Background processes and parameters prioritize data consistent with the target product’s manufacturing processes, technologies, or technology combinations.
d) Data accuracy: The most accurate available data is selected.
e) Completeness: All activity data is measured, with no missing or insufficiently representative data.
f) Representativeness: The dataset is qualitatively assessed to represent the average production level and corresponding emissions of the studied product.
g) Consistency: All relevant data is collected and analyzed following uniform quality requirements and a defined selection hierarchy.
h) Reproducibility: The data, methodology, and processes in this assessment report can be replicated in LCA software.
(Note: Due to inherent statistical principles, Monte Carlo simulations for uncertainty quantification may yield slightly varying results in each iteration.)

Troubleshooting Guides, Software Diagnostics, Troubleshooting Videos, or Related Materials
1.Device Randomly Restarts:
a) If the issue occurs occasionally, it may be caused by an abnormal file. We recommend continuing normal use.
b) Check if the problem occurs during charging. If so, use the official charger and cable.
2.Slow or Failed Fingerprint Unlock:
After a device restart, you must unlock using a pattern, PIN, or password first. Fingerprint unlock will not work at this stage but will resume after an alternative unlock method is used.
3.Device Automatically Powers Off:
a) Power off the device, charge it with the official charger for at least 30 minutes, then try turning it on again.
b) If the issue occurs while using a third-party app, ensure the app is compatible with your device and Android version. Try uninstalling the app.
Instructions for Obtaining Software Updates
FOTA (Firmware Over-The-Air) Update:
Go to Settings → System → System Update
