What can I do if the video in phone storage cannot be played normally?
1) To play the 3D video which storage in the phone storage, you need to choose “2D” or “3D” format at the right side on the play interface. .
Note: TCL NXTWEAR Air glasses support a 3D movie in the side-by-side format.
2) Make sure your Type-C port on your phone support the DP (Display port) function.
