What should I do if my TCL Smart Projector not responding to remote control?

1. Check that the remote control batteries are installed correctly. If necessary, replace the batteries. Pay attention to the positive and negative poles when installing batteries in the remote control.
2. Operate the remote within the effective range and angle of the IR sensor.
Note: the projector will not respond to remote commands when warming up or shutting down.
