What should I do if my TCL PlayCube unable to power on?

Turn off the PlayCube and disconnect from the power, rotate the PlayCube and locate the Reset button on the device, use a pin to press it, then re-plug in the power cord to another electrical outlet, and turn on the PlayCube.
Confirm that the PlayCube's power cord is connected correctly at both ends and that the remote control is operating normally.
Make sure that the PlayCube cable is firmly connected.
