1. Ensure that the distance between the earbuds and the device does not exceed 10 meters and there are no obstacles (such as walls, metal objects) blocking.
2. Avoid being too close to other Bluetooth devices, Wi-Fi routers or 2.4GHz wireless devices to reduce signal interference.
3. Restart the earbuds (put them back into the charging case, close the lid for 10 seconds, then open again) and re-connect to the Bluetooth device.
4. Ensure that the earbud firmware and device system are up to date.
5. Delete the earbud Bluetooth connection record on the Bluetooth device and re-pair.
