What should be noted when charging?

1. Use certified USB Type C charging cable and charger.

 

2. Ensure that the charging contacts are clean and dry to avoid dust, sweat or foreign objects affecting the charging effect.

 

3. The charging case is not water-resistant, so avoid contact with liquids.

 

Note: When not in use for an extended period, maintain both the earbuds and charging case at 40%-60% battery level, and recharge the system every 3 months to maximize battery lifespan.

- Check the battery level of earbuds and charging case before recharge via supporting APP.

- Charge the earbuds and charging case to a battery level of 40%-60%.

- Leave the case lid open to stop automatic full charging of earbuds, and store them in a cool (15-25°C), dry environment.
