1. Check that the remote-control batteries are installed correctly. If necessary, replace the batteries. Pay attention to the positive and negative poles when installing batteries in the remote control.
2. If your remote control is not paired with your Smart Projector by Bluetooth, ensure you are operating the remote control within the reception angle and range of the projector, keep the remote control within 12 inches of the projector.
Note: the projector will not respond to remote commands when warming up or shutting down.
