Other family members want to be added into the contacts list. How can I do?

As the administrator of the watch, you can add family members to the contacts list in two ways using the TCL Connect app:

Option 1: Share QR code:

Select the family watch in the app, then go to More > Bind New Member. A QR code will appear on the screen.

  • If the invited family member is nearby, they can scan it directly using their TCL Connect app.

  • If the invited family member is not nearby, you can send them the QR code for remote access.

Option 2: Add a contact Manually:

  1. Select the family watch in the TCL Connect app.

  2. Go to More > Watch contacts > ＋> Share the QR code. (For MT48, go to More > Watch contacts > ＋> Add manually.)

  3. Enter the names, photos, and phone numbers of the invited family members – you can also upload their photos.

  4. Touch Save to complete the process.


Once successfully added, the family members will appear in the Phone Contacts list.
