Can I install the APP that did not downloaded from Google Play?

Please check whether your TV allows installing the Apps from the unknown resources on the Security & Restrictions. Here is the instruction for the TV C825 for your reference.

Note:

We strongly suggest installing the Apps from Google Play directly to avoid some compatibility issues.

Press the Home button on the TV remote.
Select Settings-->Apps-->Security & Restrictions.
