It might be caused due to poor contact between the charging dock and the Robot Vacuum Cleaner.
We recommend the following:
• Step 1: Turn off the charging dock and the Robot Vacuum Cleaner.
• Step 2: Please use a dry cloth to clean the charging base shrapnel and the main unit charging shrapnel.
• Step 3: Please verify if the Robot Vacuum Cleaner can charge normally.
