a) Please confirm whether a third-party phone case is being used. Try removing the case to see if the issue is resolved. If the case contains magnets near the NXTPAPER key, it can interfere with and affect the key's functionality. We recommend using a case without magnets.
b) Try to reset or update your device. (Refer to “How can I perform a factory reset on my device in the Back Up & Reset module” & “How can I upgrade my device in the Basic Settings module”).
