What to do if the earbuds cannot be turned on or charged?

1. Check if the charging case has sufficient power and try to charge the charging case.

 

2. Ensure the earbuds are in good contact with the charging case and the charging contacts are clean and free of foreign objects.

 

3. Put the earbuds into the charging case, close the lid for 10 seconds, then open again to force restart.

 

4. Reset the earbuds and try to charge again.

 

5. If it still cannot be turned on, there may be a battery failure. It is recommended to contact customer service for repair.
