From 2020 to 2023, TCL has accumulated 111 international design awards, which marks a milestone breakthrough for TCL on the international design stage and is also a strong testament to TCL's persistent innovation exploration and unremitting pursuit of excellent design. In just over three years, from its initial emergence to the numerous fruits of today's 100 international design awards, TCL has followed the road of 42 years of innovation, drawing a future blueprint with infinite possibilities with excellent design and ingenuity.
2020: 12 Design Awards
The Journey Began and Unveiled the Innovation Spirit.
In 2020, TCL integrated all internal design resources, established the TCL Design Innovation Center (DIC), and began a journey of design exploration belonging to TCL. Starting from TCL's iconic Smart TV, Communication, and Audio products at that time, it won 12 heavyweight international design awards, including the iF Design Award, the Red Dot Design Award, and the G-Mark Design Award, initially demonstrating the potential and prospects of design innovation, and laying a solid foundation for the future design road.
The TCL 10 PRO Smart Phone won the 2020 iF, Red Dot Design Award, and G-Mark Design Award for its 93.3% super-large screen ratio and highly innovative ’Four-Camera All-in-One’ design. The TCL RAY-DANZ Audio with self-developed acoustic technology won the iF and Red Dot Design Awards, providing users an immersive home theater acoustic experience. The TCL XESS A200 Pro TV broke the inherent image of traditional TV and won the iF Design Award for its unique rotating screen innovative design.
In the same year, TCL launched the "Horizon" design language. With TCL's cross-departmental and functional cooperation, it began to explore and polish the product design of TCL Ling Xi C12 Full-set AIxIoT Home Appliances.

Furthermore, the TCL S6 Series Home Theatre Soundbar and the RC9 Series TV Remote Control achieved a grand slam of the four major international design awards in 2023. The flagship televisions for the year, the TCL QD-Mini LED TV series (X11G, C12G, X945, QM950G), earned four international design awards, including product design, user experience design, and marketing visual design. Additionally, the white goods category made a quantum leap with the Ultra Thin & Embedded REF Series earning four design awards, while the Q-Zone Washing Machine and the Baby Care Washing Machine garnered three design awards.
