Billing and Inventory Analyst

 

Position Summary:

This position will perform financial calculations and “thinking processes” for TCL in a wide variety of fields. Draw inferences from process details and link these inferences to the big picture by considering business objectives in identifying process improvements. Understand project objectives and can apply their understanding of how processes should work to operational accounting improvement initiatives. Some common duties include assisting in producing accurate, timely financial statements and reports needed for internal/external purposes.

Duties may include but are not limited to:

  • Manage billings for inventory and customer PO, and post them to SAP
  • Post and monitor pricing models in SAP system;
  • Handle customer returns by issuing proper RM and reconcile inventory in SAP
  • Perform month end inventory reconciliations
  • Prepare and maintain recurring management and accounting reports
  • File and maintain adequate documentations in proper filing system
  • Conduct inventory quarter end inventory count
  • Assist in month-end
  • Assist with all accounting functions as needed
  • Ad-hoc reporting as needed
  • Ad-hoc analysis as needed

Qualification/Requirements:

  • Ability to maintain high confidentiality at all times, i.e. financial and payroll information
  • Must have working experience with MS Office – Word, Outlook, and Excel.
  • Understanding of SAP system
  • Must have understanding of full cycle accounting
  • Must have 2 – 5 years of general accounting experience
