Position Summary:

TCL North America is looking for a motivated Human Resources Intern to become a part of our dedicated HR team. This internship presents a great opportunity for those who wish to acquire practical skills across diverse aspects of human resources, employee relations, and HR administration. The HR intern will collaborate closely with our Head of HR and will play an active role in advancing HR initiatives that greatly impact the overall success of our organization.

Duties may include but are not limited to:

  • Providing administrative assistance, such as writing and editing e-mails, drafting memos, and preparing communications.
  • Welcoming visitors and assisting with their needs, ensuring a positive and professional experience.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including personal information, job details, and performance evaluations, in compliance with data protection regulations.
  • Assist with employee relations activities, including addressing basic inquiries, assisting with training and development activities.
  • Assist in organizing and coordinating company events, team-building activities, and employee recognition programs.
  • Contribute to HR projects that aim to improve processes, policies, and practices within the organization.
  • Perform additional duties as needed.

Qualification/Requirements:

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact effectively with individuals at all levels of the organization. Fluency in Mandarin is a plus.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information in a professional manner.
  • Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to take initiative.
  • Flexibility to adapt to a fast-paced and evolving work environment.
  • Previous experience or coursework related to HR is a plus, but not required.
