The Stevie Awards are the world’s top honors for customer service, contact center, business development, and sales professionals. More than 2,700 nominations from organizations of all sizes and in virtually every industry were evaluated in this year’s competition.
In 2015, TCL restructured its After Sales Service leadership team and renamed the department to support the brand’s mission of Customer Advocacy. This structure and focus allowed for dramatic gains in Customer Satisfaction, Customer Loyalty and First Contact Resolution.
