TERMS OF PARTICIPATION IN THE PRIZE DRAW

1. Subject of the Prize Draw

1.1 The company under the name “TCL GREECE MONOPROSOPI I.K.E.”, located at Chassioti 13, Marousi 151 23, Greece (hereinafter “Organizer”), legally represented by Boxue Feng, wishing to promote its products, organizes an online Prize Draw (hereinafter “Prize Draw”) via the Internet on Instagram, specifically through the page “Instagram.com/tcl_gr/” (located at https://www.instagram.com/tcl_gr/) (hereinafter “Organizer’s Website”), titled “TCL TV GIVEAWAY”.

1.2 The Prize Draw is managed by the Organizer in cooperation with the company “SOHO SQUARE S.A. ADVERTISING AND COMMUNICATION”, located in Chalandri, Attica, at 67 Tzavella Street (hereinafter “SOHO SQUARE” or “Advertising Agency”).

1.3 The Prize Draw is governed by the following terms of participation (“Terms”), which will be posted and continuously updated during the Prize Draw Period (as defined in article 3.1) on the Organizer’s Website at https://www.tcl.com/gr/el/tcl-tv-giveaway-prize-draw-tscs.

1.4 This promotion is not sponsored, supported, or conducted by Facebook, nor is it associated with Facebook in any way.

1.5 The purpose of these Terms is to define the conditions for participation in the Prize Draw and the process for selecting winners.

1.6 Participation in the Prize Draw constitutes full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms.

2. Conditions of Participation

2.1 Eligible to participate are all permanent and lawful residents of Greece who are 18 years old or older, registered Instagram users with a unique username and password, whose accounts are active and compliant with Instagram’s terms. Participation of minors will be rejected.

2.2 Excluded from participation are:

a. Employees of the Organizer
b. First- and second-degree relatives of such employees, their spouses, and individuals in a civil partnership with them
c. Persons lacking legal capacity

2.3 Any participation by the persons mentioned in article 2.2 is automatically void.

3. Prize Draw Period

3.1 The Prize Draw Period begins on 15/06/2026 at 4:00pm and ends on 28/06/2026 at 1:00pm Athens time (EEST).

3.2 After the end time, no participation will be accepted and will be considered as never submitted.

3.3 The Organizer may modify, revoke, extend, shorten, or cancel the Prize Draw at its discretion. Any changes will be announced on the Organizer’s Website and take effect upon posting.

3.4 Participants should periodically check the Organizer’s Website for updates.

4. How to Participate

4.1 To participate, a user must have an active public Instagram profile and follow the instructions in the Prize Draw post.

Specifically, a valid participation requires the user to:

• Visit the Prize Draw post
• Follow the Organizer’s Instagram account
• Comment under the post with the phrase “Αποδέχομαι” (“I Accept”)

By commenting, the participant declares they have read and fully accept the Terms, are over 18, and consent to the processing of their personal data for the Prize Draw.

4.2 Each valid comment counts as one participation. Participants are solely responsible for their comment content.

4.3 Each participant may submit only one (1) entry. Multiple comments count as one entry.

4.4 No purchase is required to participate.

4.5 If multiple entries are submitted, only the first one will be considered valid.

5. Valid Participation

5.1 Only valid entries are eligible for the draw. A valid entry must:

(a) Meet all requirements
(b) Not be the result of fraud or technical manipulation
(c) Be submitted within the Prize Draw Period
(d) Not violate laws, morals, or third party rights

5.2 The Organizer may reject or cancel entries at any time if they violate the Terms.

6. Prize

6.1 The Prize offered is one television C6K PRO 55 inch (538 EUR without VAT).

6.2 The Prize is strictly personal, non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash.

7. Winner Selection

7.1 Each valid entry receives a unique number and is included in the draw.

7.2 The draw will be conducted electronically by the Advertising Agency in Psychiko on 28/06/2026 at 1:00pm Athens time (EEST), or another date set jointly with the Organizer. One winner will be selected.

7.3 The winner will be tagged in the comments under the post and notified through a comment from the official TCL Greece account. The winner will then have seven (7) calendar days to contact the Organizer via direct message in order to accept the Prize and provide their delivery details (full name, address, phone number, and email address) for the delivery of the Prize.

If the winner fails to respond within this period, refuses to accept the Prize, or if their participation is found to be invalid, they shall forfeit any right to the Prize. In such case, an alternative winner will be selected and the same process will be followed.

7.4 The Organizer may request ID verification.

7.5 Participation may be cancelled if:

(a) The winner does not fully accept the Terms
(b) One of the requirements is not met
(c) Provided information is false
(d) The winner fails to respond on time

8. Liability

8.1 The Organizer’s responsibility is limited to providing the Prize.

8.2 The Organizer bears no liability for any damage related to the Prize Draw or Prize use.

8.3 No liability for printing errors or force majeure events (e.g., natural disasters, strikes, war, terrorism, accidents, fires, floods).

8.4 Liability is limited to intentional or gross negligence.

8.5 Participants are responsible for evaluating the content of the Terms.

8.6 The Organizer may cancel entries for fraud, invalid participation, or technical issues.

8.7 Participants must act lawfully and ethically.

8.8 The Organizer is not responsible if a winner fails to claim the Prize on time.

8.9 No liability for accidents or injuries related to the Prize.

8.10 After prize delivery, all obligations cease.

9. Trademarks – Intellectual Property

9.1 Participants acquire no rights to the Organizer’s trademarks or logos.

9.2 Any reproduction or exploitation of the Prize Draw content is prohibited without written permission.

9.3 Participants must not upload thirdparty copyrighted material.

9.4 Offensive or illegal comments will be deleted and the participant excluded.

10. Technical Means

10.1 Participation requires internet access at the participant’s own cost.

10.2 Access is subject to server conditions.

10.3 The Organizer is not responsible for technical issues (network failures, overload, email errors, etc.).

10.4 The Organizer is not responsible for website malfunctions.

10.5 No guarantee that the website is virusfree; participants must protect their devices.

10.6 The Organizer is not responsible for external links.

11. Taxes

Participants are advised that tax implications may arise from their prize winning, and they should seek independent financial advice prior to acceptance of their Prize. 

The Organizer bears no responsibility for any tax implications that may arise from accepting a Prize.  

The participants are responsible for any and all expenses that they incur in entering the draw and they will not be reimbursed whether or not they win the draw. 

12. Personal Data

12.1 The following personal data will be processed according to the Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 (hereinafter referred to as the “GDPR”) and applicable data protection laws. 

The following categories of personal data are processed solely for the Prize Draw, prize delivery, and legal obligations : 

Name, surname, address, postcode, and telephone number

12.2 The Organizer acts as Data Controller within the meaning of the GDPR. 

The Advertising Agency acts as Data Processor on behalf of the Organizer and processes personal data solely in accordance with the Organizer’s documented instructions and a data processing agreement compliant with Article 28 GDPR.

12.3 Provision of personal data necessary for the organization of the Prize Draw is a condition for participation. If a participant chooses not to provide such mandatory data, participation in the Prize Draw will not be possible.

12.4 Personal data are retained only for the duration necessary to fulfill the purposes for which they were collected and for legal purposes.

12.5 Providing data is required for participation and prize delivery.

12.6 Participants may, at any time, exercise their rights under the GDPR, including the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability, and objection, as well as the right to withdraw consent where processing is based on consent.

13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

13.1 The Prize Draw and any dispute arising from or in connection with it (including the Prize) shall be governed by the law of Greece.

13.2 Any dispute should be first addressed to the Organizer. In case it cannot be settled amicably, the dispute shall be submitted to the competent courts of Athens.

14. Miscellaneous

14.1 Participation implies full acceptance of the Terms.

14.2 The Organizer may modify or cancel the Prize Draw at any time.

14.3 Participants have no claims in case of cancellation or modification.

14.4 Anyone may request a copy of the Terms at their own expense.

14.5 If any term is invalid, the rest remain in force.

14.6 Failure to enforce a right does not constitute waiver.
