Position Summary:

Our company is looking to hire a passionate tech enthusiast as our Brand Champion. This role will be responsible for educating and addressing the questions and comments of the TCL community of owners, prospective buyers, and retail associates. Leading TCL’s consumer-facing presence online, they will also work alongside our Chief Brand Evangelist in educating the retail community at in-person and virtual training events.

The Brand Champion will lead TCL’s social channels, educating our community about exciting new trends and technologies across CE, providing updates on TCL product plans and tips on how to get the most out of their TCL products. This position will write social posts and create blog/vlog posts to educate and inform a variety of audiences. The Brand Champion will work closely with digital marketing, public relations, customer advocacy, product development and the Chief Brand Evangelist.

Duties may include but are not limited to:

  • Lead TCL Community on Social Media, creating informative content and providing answers to questions and comments
  • Provide in-person and virtual education and training to media, retail associates, and consumers at events and tradeshows
  • Create original content for blog and vlog posts about TCL, our products, technologies, and events
  • Follow and educate yourself about new technologies across consumer electronics and share that knowledge with the TCL community online
  • Develop a monthly calendar of content on new products, technologies, tips, and updates to share online and work with a team of designers to bring content to life with supporting visuals
  • Create, maintain and provide monthly reports on consumer feedback
  • Assist with preparation, setup and execution of education and training events

  • Ability to travel
  • BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience
  • Strong communications, project management, interpersonal, and organizational skills
