We are currently looking for a dynamic, results-driven individual to join our team as Director of Sales, Verizon. Duties may include but are not limited to:

  • Channel Sales: Develop and execute regional sales strategies by identifying and managing relationships with key channel partners to drive revenue through regional Vice Presidents, regional area managers, district managers, dealers, national retail partners and other stakeholders.
  • Maximize Sales Performance: Partner with regional customer team leads, dealers and national retail partners to craft compelling strategies and national campaigns that drive strong sell-through of TCL devices.
  • Report and Align: Provide timely updates on sales forecast, performance, and strategic goals to ensure alignment and ongoing support.
     

Qualification/Requirements:

  • 7+ years of experience in the mobile or tech industry, including leadership, strategic planning, and mentoring in channel sales. Experience working with Verizon and Tracfone regional leadership preferred.
  • You possess strong business and financial acumen, with the ability to think long-term while delivering on short-term goals.
  • You excel in contract management, sales agreements, and negotiations that result in win-win outcomes.
  • You have a deep understanding of the wireless industry, its platforms, and emerging technologies.
  • You’re an exceptional communicator and presenter, able to articulate ideas clearly and persuade key stakeholders.
  • You are skilled in relationship management and customer service, with a knack for building and nurturing strong connections.
  • You thrive in a fast-paced, ever-evolving environment and can pivot quickly to meet changing demands and challenges.

 

Location - Remote
Salary Range - $125K/yr - $160K/yr
