The Sr. Account Manager of Appliances will establish TCL Appliances, and Home Comfort categories in assigned retail accounts. The right hire is a self-motivated team player with energy and enthusiasm towards achieving sales goals. They must enjoy working in a diverse organization and is equipped with cultural competency to communicate effectively across different cultures and across work groups.
Duties may include but are not limited to:
- Launch TCL as an emerging brand in appliances.
- Establish professional relationships from the buyer level to the VP level
- Meet targets for profitable sales volume and strategic objectives in assigned accounts
- Works in conjunction with assigned customers and internal departments to develop forecasts
- Provide management with detailed insight on competitive factors to grow TCL’s share
- Leads efforts by coordinating internal departments
- Strong sales background with proven track record in exceeding sales goals
- Must be successful in managing multiple buyers in various product categories
- Must have the ability to interact at all levels within customer's organization.
- Self-motivated and must welcome responsibility, challenge and decision-making.
- Must have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Excellent analytical and mathematical skills
- Experience in demand planning/forecasting, and inventory management
- Strong written and verbal communications skills
- BS/BA degree or equivalent
- Travel upwards 40% seasonally
- Tier 1 company experience
- Experience with large retail chains such as Target, Best Buy, and Menards
