OTHER TERMS & CONDITIONS:
1. The above Offer is by way of a special offer for TCL Registered Members only (Signup) .
2. The Offer is not applicable on cash on delivery transactions.
3. Any person participating in the Offer:
• must be an Indian citizen and resident;
• must be able to enter into legally binding contracts under Indian Contract Act, 1872;
• must hold a valid and unexpired debit/credit card issued by the BANK;
• must purchase an Eligible Product;
• must possess proof of age, identity and place of residence.
4. The Offer cannot be combined with any other offer.
5. The Offer is valid until stocks last.
6. Any person availing this Offer shall be deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions.
7. Delinquent and over-limit Cardholders will not qualify for this Offer.
8. This Offer is non-encashable, non-extendable and non-negotiable.
9. If a Cardholder has more than 1 (one) BANK card, spends on the cards cannot be clubbed by the card member in order to qualify for the said Offer.

11. Pictures of products shown in the communication sent to the customer either through mailers or advertised on the website, are representative only and may not bear a resemblance to the actual products. None of the parties shall under any circumstances be responsible towards the same.
12. Returned transactions, disputed or unauthorized/fraudulent transactions will not be considered for the Offer.
13. All government levies and taxes shall be payable by the Cardholder as applicable at the time the Offer is availed.
14. TCL Members or non-members are not bound in any way to participate in the Offer. Any such participation is voluntary.
15. This Offer shall be subject to all applicable Indian laws, rules and regulations which are in existence and which may be promulgated anytime by any statutory authority.
16. TCL reserves the right, at any time, without prior notice and without assigning any reason whatsoever, to add/alter/modify/change or vary all of these terms and conditions or to replace, wholly or in part, this offer by another offer, whether similar to this Offer or not, or to extend or withdraw it altogether.
17. Any disputes arising out of the Offer shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction at the courts in Mumbai.
